Photo of Adam LovenMany people try to find something in life that they love and are passionate about. Some find it and some do not. I am proud to say I found my passion very early on. One of my earliest memories is when I was five years old sitting at the kitchen table doodling on a piece of paper with a crayon. My Uncle Gene sat beside me as we tried to top each others latest crayon creation. Although I was clearly the underdog in this competitive instance I imagined I could win. This was the moment that I fell in love with art.

Through the years I continued to grow as an artist. I moved beyond crayon to explore other areas including pencil, pen, and painting with acrylics and oil. Eventually I discovered the computer and expanded my passion to computer graphics. I attended Chester College of New England, located in NH where I earned new skills and evolved my style. In 2004 I received a bachelors degree in design and illustration, graduating with honors.

After college I returned to my native home of Vermont, where I began working for Kelliher Samets Volk, a marketing agency based in Burlington, with offices also in New York City and Boston. I began as a print designer but have since been making the transition into digital.

I am always looking to the future, keeping my eyes open and trying to keep that same childhood passion and imagination that began when I was five.
